Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen, Jane Marie Franks

Jane Marie Franks, a talented vocalist and native of Clifton, is Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen. Through her social impact initiative, Operation Global Needs, she packs shoeboxes full of hygiene items, school supplies, and toys for needy children around the globe. She is also dedicated to informing children across Tennessee about the joys of volunteering and community service. Jane Marie was internationally adopted from Guatemala, so she plans to become a family lawyer specializing in adoption. She has received over $5,000 in college scholarships through the Miss America Organization.
