Hawa Ceesay is warm and welcoming everybody with a smile. Born in Georgia, at the age of two she was sent to the smiling coast of West Africa; where she was raised by her grandmother. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Journalism. She lives in the home of the blues and great barbecue, Memphis. Her social impact initiative is anti-bullying for no child deserves to go to school in fear. She believes in the power of the mind; and its ability to bring change to humanity. When Hawa is not busy with work, she enjoys writing, researching and cooking.
