Donations to our organization are used in two important ways:

 

Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation, Inc.

The Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as the scholarship arm that processes scholarships for recipients across the state. MTSF proudly offers academic and community-based scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as additional scholarships for performance and community service efforts. Our goal is to offer $100,000 in scholarships this year. Every young woman who competes in Miss Tennessee will receive a scholarship. Scholarships are not just awarded to the winner or the top few candidates. Scholarships are paid directly to the candidate’s college of their choice and enhance the educational opportunities for the young women of Tennessee.

Miss Tennessee Scholarship Organization, Inc.

The Miss Tennessee Scholarship Organization, Inc. is a 501(C)(4) nonprofit organization that controls and oversees the Local and State framework and hosts the annual Miss Tennessee Competition. Young women from across Tennessee will be competing for the title of Miss Tennessee. One will be crowned and will the travel the state and represent Tennessee at the Miss America Competition. Each year funds are raised to help offset costs for:  

• Miss Tennessee's travel and expenses for completing her

   year of service to our state.

• Miss Tennessee's travel and expenses for competing at

   Miss America and attending related events

• Housing and providing meals for our candidates during

   competition week

• Funding the production of our competition and renting the

    competition venue
