Phil Shirley is from Sherwood, Arkansas and currently lives in White House, Tennessee. He holds the certification of Certified Technology Specialist and is the owner of Pageant Matters, a pageant/competition consulting and technology company.

He has 35+ years of experience in the Entertainment, Television, Sports, Educational, Concert, Corporate Conference, Pageant and Live Event industries in many roles as an Entertainment Technology Specialist and has a 15+ years relationship, as a certified judge and currently a field director, with the Miss Tennessee/Miss America Organization.

Phil enjoys attending Middle Tennessee State University sporting events, visiting Gatlinburg and just hanging out with his 24 year old daughter Kelsi.
