Miss Henderson County Chloe Hubbard Social Impact Initiative: Be The Change Talent: Vocal "Opportunity" Age: 21 Hometown: Dandridge, TN Middle Tennessee State University
Chloe Hubbard is a 21-year-old from Dandridge, Tennessee. She is a Senior at Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Public Relations, and a minor in Communication Studies. She will graduate in May 2020 as a first-generation college graduate, as well as debt-free because of her earnings through the Miss America Organization.
She is an active member of Alpha Chi Omega, where she has served as her chapters Fundraising Chair. She is a Spring Intern at LEGACY Consulting PR & Events. In her limited free time, she enjoys attending barre classes, making Tik Toks and event planning for her sorority’s philanthropy events.
Her Social Impact Initiative is a kindness initiative called Be The Change where she focus’ on combatting bullying and engaging in random acts of kindness. Hubbard has competed in the Miss America Organization for the last four years as Miss Queen City, Miss Music City, Miss Gallatin and will take the stage as Miss Henderson County. She has served through the changes that this organization has implemented and continues to compete because of the opportunities beyond the crown that Miss America continues to give – like scholarships.
