Kay Johnson is 25 years young and full of life. She is from Humboldt, Tennessee, home of the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival and an alumna of University of Memphis. Kay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and minor in Non-profit Management, she completed Leader School from All Nations Worship Assembly, and the Successful Women in Business program with Innate Success Corporation. Her social impact initiative is focused on impacting education systems and businesses with self-care called “Self-Care Revolution: Workplace Mental & Emotional Wellness.” Kaylah coined a new name for herself as the Self-Care Shero, and will continue building her wellness company, Inspired Bosses, while enriching students' lives who have intellectual disabilities, low self-confidence, and lack of purpose to pursue positive relationships and goals.
