Miss Sumner County is Sydney Caen of Columbia, Tennessee. Having already obtained a degree focused on History and Political Science from Oklahoma State University, Sydney is currently working on a Cyber Security Degree from Austin Peay. Using her degrees and studies of language, Sydney plans to commission in the United States Army and serve as an Intelligence Officer. Educate to End Hate is much more than just an initiative for Sydney; it is her life. She has spent years studying trends in antisemitism, raising awareness, and even writing her senior thesis on the evolution of antisemitism from the early 1900s to the present day.
