Halle Treace is a 20-year-old from Collierville, Tennessee. She is a Junior at Samford University in Birmingham, AL and is studying Health Science; Pre- Physicians Assistant. At Samford she is a Dean List Honor student, apart of Samford’s SGA, member of Greek-life (Alpha Delta Pi), and is a university employee. Her social impact initiative is “Rise Above; Substance Abuse Prevention,” where she administers substance abuse education and motivation to all ages across the state in order to help others live a healthier lifestyle and rise above substance abuse. She has had amazing opportunities to share her story with approximately 60,000 Tennesseans and has partnered with 3 coalitions and homeless shelters in the West Tennessee region. She plans to expand her initiative across the state, and is in the process of writing/publishing her own children’s book. She has taken vocal lessons for 11 years at Visions Academy Performing Arts, from The Voice Season 18 contestant, Mandi Thomas. Halle has been apart of the Miss America Organization since she was twelve, and previously competed at last years Miss Tennessee competition, as Miss Jackson; Received the Congeniality award and Non-Finalist talent award. She has received great amounts of scholarships from the MAO, and is grateful to put that toward her incredible academic experience at Samford.
